Made to our own time-honoured recipe, these Farmhouse Pork Sausages are exactly how proper sausages should be. We use carefully selected cuts of pork, coarsely ground for a meaty, satisfying bite, and season them with freshly ground herbs and spices to create a deep, well-balanced flavour.
Each sausage is hand-filled into natural hog casings, giving the perfect snap when cooked and locking in all that natural juiciness. Had some of these on the BBQ today and was not disappointed. I love sausages, am quite discerning and am normally disappointed!! These are big – 6 sausages weighing 500g. Supermarket ones are normally 400g/6. I will definitely buy them again. A quality product that looks like it does in the photo, just like the meat loaf we had a few days ago.
