Kimberley Red Grain Fed Brisket
These briskets have had a serious upgrade. Still the same high-quality Kimberley Red beef you know, but now with improved consistency, appearance, and cookable yield. Each brisket has been carefully trimmed to remove long navel ends, excess fat, rough edges and bits that just shouldn’t be there – lifting them up a grade or two in presentation and usability thus reducing the work required pre-cook and unnecessary waste.
They’re now at a specification we’re proud to offer: neat, refined, and essentially ready to hit the smoker or oven. While you can always fine-tune the trim to your personal preference, extra work isn’t really necessary. We think you’ll love how these briskets perform straight out of the box.
