One of our all time favourite brands where the quality never fails us. This is the Australian Wingham Reserve Picanha, a cut that works so well with this beef. Whether you like it sliced and skewered or as I tend to do, simply cooked whole, the meat generally has a nice fat content with enough of the grain fed marbling to make these a great cook!
