Description
The Rose Veal roasting joints we have here are all professionally butchered by us. The Veal you see here is produced by Vitelco, Holland. It is selected for the supreme quality and produced to the ‘Better Leven’ certification of welfare standards.
These are tidy little roasts, mild in flavour, lean and succulent.
Information
The high welfare Veal we use is Rose´ Veal, pink in colour, wonderfully soft, juicy and delicately flavoured. Truly a beautiful product.
